Company Background:
Accudyne has a history of developing
innovative process solutions to leverage the properties
of liquefied gases and supercritical fluids. With the
unique ability to combine chemical engineering expertise
in solubility chemistry, mechanical engineering insight
in materials handling, and control engineering ingenuity
in integration, Accudyne creates systems that are safe
to operate with minimal training. We are presently bringing
to market our unique, patent-pending process technology
to efficiently extract oil from oilseeds a market-changing
solution for biodiesel production. Additional patent-pending
technology enables us to provide a non-traditional and
energy efficient alternative to ethanol distillation
a process solution with direct implications for
the growing ethanol market. Both of these technologies
provide tremendous growth opportunities for Accudyne
with direct benefits to the team members involved in
bringing these products to market. We are deploying
a series of process systems for the biofuels, food and
functional food, pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, cosmeceuticals,
industrial processing, and energy markets.
At Accudyne, innovation starts with understanding
the fundamental physics of a particular process and
ultimately leads to the creation of purpose-built apparatus
to take advantage of these insights. We have been successful
because our personnel study each customers needs,
develop a suitable process, and engineer and construct
the most appropriate process solution equipment. To
provide the most innovative and appropriate solutions
for our customers, we have formed DynSep,
a joint venture with Phasex
Corporation, a company with 26 years of ground breaking
process experience in supercritical fluids. DynaSep
will combine Accudynes abilities in equipment
development with Phasexs extensive background
technology in liquefied and supercritical gas separation.
Accudyne has built a strong company by hiring very
talented individuals. We are very careful of who we
hire, for at Accudyne, each person is an integral part
of our team. Our environment is open and friendly. Emphasis
is placed on producing a great product in a timely fashion
and not on corporate 'trappings'. Blue jeans, fresh
ideas, and teamwork prevail over suits, conformity,
and hierarchy. Our customers include both small, innovative
start-ups, and venerable Fortune 500 companies.
