| Accudyne Systems, Inc. designed and built this machine to automatically attach fiberglass fabric to foam board using hot melt adhesive.
Once the operator enters block width into the End Capper, all that he or she needs to do is load the raw materials and unload the finished product. Sensors initiate and stop adhesive spray and fabric feed and cut. In concert with an innovative vertical conveyor, sensors register the three raw materials and then clamp them together as the hot melt cools, providing a strong attachment.
Safety guards protect the operator with electrical interlocks as a back-up safety precaution.
