This equipment was designed and fabricated by Accudyne Systems, Inc. to integrate with an existing processing machine.
This thermoplastic processing equipment is capable of multiple functions. Using a guillotine device it cuts parallelogram sheets from composite tape at angles from 90 to +/- 29 degrees. Cut sheets are placed and heat tacked automatically in the downstream process. On-line width sensors ensure that successive sheets do not lap or gap at the seams.
