Accudyne Systems, Inc. has designed and built several different gang saw cutting machines for a variety of different applications.

The largest machine was a fully automated piece of equipment for cutting feeder grooves in a rigid, closed-cell, foam block to aid in resin flow in a SCRIMP-composite processing application. This machine would feed and cut blocks up to 8 feet wide by 10 inches thick and simultaneously place up to 96 continuous one-eighth-inch grooves on one-inch centers on all sides of the foam block. We built a similar machine capable of feeding blocks up to 4 feet wide. For other applications Accudyne has built custom table-saw machines with 48 saw blades ganged onto a single drive shaft.

Accudyne also designed and built several other machines for sawing and cutting different unique features onto various substrates. These included custom router type tables and vertical-axis table saws for rebating edges of material.

When it's time to automate your cutting process, Accudyne can make the chips fly.

To place precise grooves on one inch centers, Accudyne engineered an eight foot gang saw that simultaneously sawed over 180 grooves on both surfaces of the panel.
