Instead of having electrical engineers work individually to develop electrical components, mechanical engineers work individually on mechanical components, and software designers go to their computers to work on code, Accudyne uses a diverse team approach.

We sit down together to go over the project as a whole and look for specific places where different disciplines overlap to make those transitions as easy as possible. Together, using a broad base of experience, the Accudyne team comes up with a skeleton for the process, with clearly defined interactions so that each individual can go back to his or her specialty and find the best solution. Communication between individuals and groups is ongoing and fostered in our open-plan engineering department.

Our multidisciplinary approach and technician cross training allow us to study a process from varied perspectives, leading to the most efficient, robust system possible.
